Healthy Snacking
Snacking is typically not advice I give as an action-however, if you are catabolic, pregnant, nursing, have imbalanced blood sugar or not consuming enough protein-you may benefit greatly from snacking. Snacking notoriously is unhealthy and processed, Here is how to do it right.

Berries and cream-You can simply pour in some whole fate coconut milk or whip it up
Veggies with hummus-think outside the box and try different vegetables an beans
White beans, red pepper, beets
Nut butter yogurt-Protein and omegas galore

Nori rice bites with chicken (Onigiri)
Buckwheat pumpkin pancakes with goat cheese
