Snacking is typically not advice I give as an action-however, if you are catabolic, pregnant, nursing, have imbalanced blood sugar or not consuming enough protein-you may benefit greatly from snacking. Snacking notoriously is unhealthy and processed, Here is how to do it right.

Some of my favorite whole food snack ideas

  • Berries and cream-You can simply pour in some whole fate coconut milk or whip it up

  • Veggies with hummus-think outside the box and try different vegetables an beans

    • White beans, red pepper, beets

  • Nut butter yogurt-Protein and omegas galore

  • Dates with coconut-Sweet tooth fix!

  • Smoked salmon goat cheese rolls

  • Nori rice bites with chicken (Onigiri)

  • Buckwheat pumpkin pancakes with goat cheese

  • Celery tuna-Celery replaces the bread for a protein salad of choice like tuna or chicken. Add healthy fats with olive oil/avocado
